Qualifications

• BS in Chemistry or related field with 4+ years in formulating household/automotive chemical products.
• Experience developing testing methodologies and quality control procedures.
• Knowledge of federal and state regulations governing chemicals and lab operations.

Responsibilities

• Perform chemical tests and document results for raw materials, components, and finished goods to assess performance under varied conditions.
• Develop and implement control tools and checklists for production line, warehouse conditions, regulatory compliance, audits, and supplier requirements.
• Set up, operate, and maintain test equipment; prepare test records and reports; monitor instrument calibration and data integrity.
• Scale up approved formulations and identify critical process variables; troubleshoot production issues and batch variations.
• Provide technical support to customer service and production teams; train and mentor lab staff; ensure safety and regulatory compliance on site.
