Responsibilities

• Maintain and operate laboratory equipment; ensure safe handling.
• Develop analytical methods and address customer needs.
• Present data and project results to customers.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and SOP reviews.
• Mentor junior staff and support analysts as needed.
