Job description

Responsibilities:

1. Perform bioanalytical sample analysis using HPLC-MS for regulated studies.
2. Conduct bioanalytical extractions (PPT, LLE, SPE) and optimize sample preparation techniques.
3. Maintain and troubleshoot HPLC-MS instrumentation and other laboratory equipment.
4. Process and analyze data using SCIEX Analyst or similar software.
5. Maintain accurate and compliant documentation following ALCOA principles.
6. Work within GLP and regulatory requirements, ensuring data integrity and quality.
7. Utilize Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) for sample tracking and data management.
8. Collaborate in bioanalytical method development and validation efforts.
9. Handle automation equipment and robotic pipettors to enhance laboratory efficiency.
10. Adhere to lab safety protocols, including solution preparation, use of balances, pH meters, and pipettes.
11. Contribute to a collaborative, matrixed team environment supporting regulated bioanalysis.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related field with 2-5 years of bioanalytical lab experience, or Master's degree with relevant experience.
2. Hands-on experience with HPLC-MS bioanalytical techniques in a regulated (GLP/GCLP) laboratory.
3. Strong knowledge of bioanalytical extractions (PPT, LLE, SPE) and sample preparation methods.
4. Experience with data processing and analysis using SCIEX Analyst or similar software.
5. Familiarity with GLP, GCLP, and regulatory compliance for bioanalytical studies.
6. Strong documentation skills in compliance with ALCOA principles.
7. Experience with LIMS and electronic systems for sample tracking and data management.
8. Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with strong attention to detail.
9. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
10. Experience in bioanalytical method development and validation.
11. Hands-on expertise with automation equipment and robotic pipettors.
12. Prior industry experience in a regulated bioanalytical setting.
