Hawkins, Inc. is seeking a warehouse associate to operate, handle and maintain equipment safely while meeting production and quality standards. Responsibilities include shipping/receiving, inventory participation, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Applicants should have at least 6 months in a warehouse setting, the ability to operate a forklift, and strong communication skills. MS Office knowledge and ERP experience are a plus. Benefits and full safety protocols are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 6 months experience in a warehouse environment.
• Ability to safely operate an industrial forklift.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand complex operations and procedures
• Basic computer skills and MS Office preferred.
• Prior MRP or ERP experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Know equipment and process operation; handle, transfer, ship, receive and store chemical material.
• Pick orders, load and unload trucks.
• Participate in inventory process.
• Communicate compliance, safety, and equipment needs.
• Record operating data such as shipping/receiving paperwork and inventory sheets.
• Provide routine maintenance to process equipment and instrumentation.
• Adhere to product quality and safety standards and report safety incidents.
• Operate independently following SOPs and environmental, health, and safety regulations.
• Maintain housekeeping standards.
• Perform other duties as needed.
