Job summary

BMO Capital Markets is seeking a Senior Equity Research Associate or VP to join the U.S. Chemicals team. You will develop and market equity research products, work closely with the senior analyst, and collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality research for clients.

The ideal candidate has at least three years of equity research experience, strong accounting/finance skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with independence and initiative.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of three years equity research experience in the Chemicals space preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain detailed company models (IS/BS/CF).
• Analyze financial statements, industry data, and company filings (10-K, 10-Q).
• Write equity research reports and develop investment theses.
• Participate in meetings with management and client interactions.
• Develop tools to gather industry and company-related news for clients.
