Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ years of job-related experience, prefer experience with hazardous chemicals.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent; additional technical training preferred.
• OSHA safety certifications are a plus.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Expected hiring salary range: $33.69/hr.
• Eligible to participate in the annual incentive compensation plan.
• On-site environment; regular in-person engagement; travel/local commute may be required.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day operations, monitor chemical processes, and maintain equipment to support production.
• Operate production machinery and perform routine maintenance to optimize performance and minimize downtime.
• Monitor and control chemical processes to ensure consistent quality and adherence to specifications.
• Adhere to safety standards, handling chemicals and equipment responsibly to prevent accidents.
• Conduct quality checks and implement improvements to maintain high output standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues, following procedures to maintain continuous operations.
• Document activities and incidents, ensuring clear communication with supervisors and team members.
• Participate in process-improvement initiatives to reduce waste and enhance efficiency.
