Job summary

NALCO Water, An Ecolab Company, is seeking a Customer Delivery Specialist to provide reliable tanker chemical delivery. You will drive DOT-regulated routes, ensure safety and compliance, and maintain accurate logs while traveling up to 3–5 days per week.

The role offers a competitive $33–$35 per hour wage, full benefits starting day one, and assigned vehicles. Expect weekends at home and opportunities for training and advancement within a global leader in water treatment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Class A CDL with HazMat & Tanker endorsements.
• 3 years of commercial driving experience.
• 3 years of acceptable motor vehicle record.
• Willing to travel 3–5 days per week.
• Able to lift and carry a minimum of 50 lbs.
• No immigration sponsorship offered for this role.

Responsibilities

• Deliver tanker chemicals.
• Route Tuesday–Saturday.
• Deliver within a 500–700 mile radius from plant location.
• Safely operate delivery trucks, tank trunks, over-the-road trucks.
• Maintain hours of service with Samsara and/or paper logbooks.
• Schedule daily runs to meet customer delivery requirements.
• Inspect truck and equipment daily/periodically for safety and operability.
• Follow DOT regulations for hazardous materials and homeland security guidelines.
• Maintain regular communication with sales and supervisor about field problems and safety hazards.
• Follow Zero Defect Delivery procedures for all deliveries.
• Wear appropriate safety gear during operations.
• Pursue ongoing safety and driving skill improvements.
• Identify and avoid safety hazards in the work environment.
