Job summary

NALCO Water, an Ecolab Company, is hiring a Customer Delivery Specialist to manage chemical deliveries by tractor-trailer and delivery trucks within a 500–700 mile radius from the plant. You will ensure safe operation, logging hours, and coordinating with sales to meet customer needs.

This role includes a $5,000 signing bonus, full benefits from day one, and paid travel accommodations. Home on weekends and holidays with paid time off are provided where applicable.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Class A CDL with HazMat & Tanker, no restrictions.
• 3 years of commercial driving experience, compliant with FMCSA/DOT in last 3 years.
• 3 years of acceptable motor vehicle record.
• Willing to travel 3–5 days per week; home on weekends/holidays.
• Able to lift and carry a minimum of 50 lbs.
• No immigration sponsorship offered for this role.

Responsibilities

• Tractor-Trailer chemical delivery.
• Deliver within a 500–700 mile radius from plant location.
• Operate delivery vehicles safely (delivery trucks, tank trucks, OTR trucks).
• Maintain hours of service via Samsara or paper logs.
• Load trailers and schedule daily runs to meet customer delivery requirements.
• Perform daily/periodic safety and mechanical inspections.
