Job summary

Nalco Water, An Ecolab Company, is seeking a Customer Delivery Specialist in Minnesota to deliver chemicals by tractor-trailer within a 300–500 mile radius. You will perform safety inspections, manage hours of service, and coordinate with sales to meet delivery needs, while upholding hazardous materials regulations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Class A CDL with HazMat & Tanker endorsements.
• 3 years of commercial driving experience.
• 3 years of acceptable motor vehicle record.
• Willing to travel 3-5 days per week; home on weekends.
• Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs.
• No immigration sponsorship offered.

Responsibilities

• Tractor-Trailer chemical delivery.
• Deliver within a 300 to 500-mile radius from plant location.
• Safely operate delivery trucks, tank trunks, and over-the-road trucks.
• Maintain driver hours of service using Samsara or paper logs.
• Schedule runs to meet customer delivery requirements.
• Keep truck and equipment in safe, operable condition; perform inspections.
• Maintain DOT compliance and hazardous materials handling standards.
• Communicate with sales and supervisor about field issues and safety hazards.
• Follow Zero Defect Delivery procedures for all assignments.
• Wear safety gear during deliveries and continually improve safety skills.
• Identify and report safety hazards in the work environment.
