Job summary

Pace Labs in Maplewood, Minnesota is seeking a detail‑oriented team member to support the Customer Product Stewardship Team. You will review, organize and summarize documents, prepare reports, and assist with regulatory compliance across multiple systems.

The role requires strong written and verbal communication, the ability to manage multiple projects, and a basic understanding of hazard communication. This is an evergreen posting for future openings with a competitive hourly rate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology, or related science.
• 0–5 years of experience in document preparation, archiving, or storage preferred.
• Experience with chemical databases preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review, prepare and compile documents from internal and external databases.
• Support regulatory compliance by obtaining documentation to maintain product level data in all systems.
• Prepare Chemical Hazard Summaries and Biological Evaluation.
• Generate and review hazard communication documents/product labels.
• Create and/or evaluate reports to ensure compliance with applicable regulations in division activities.
