Job summary

Pace® Analytical Services is seeking a detail-oriented document specialist to support the Customer Product Stewardship Team in Maplewood, MN. You will review, organize, and summarize documents, preparing reports and assessments while managing multiple projects.

Required is a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or related science, with 0–2 years in document prep and regulatory knowledge. The role emphasizes accuracy, clear communication, and timely delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology, or related science.
  • 0–2 years of document preparation or archiving experience preferred.
  • Experience with chemical databases preferred; possess problem solving skills and have excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Must have the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Hazard communication and regulatory compliance knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Review, prepare and compile documents from internal and external databases, Chemical database management systems
  • Support regulatory compliance by obtaining documentation to maintain product level data in all Systems
  • Prepare Chemical Hazard Summaries and Biological Evaluation Generate and review hazard communication documents/product labels
  • Create and/or evaluate reports as need to ensure compliance with applicable regulations in division activities

Monday through Friday, 8:00AM - 5:00PM

Support the Customer Product Stewardship Team by reviewing, organizing, and summarizing documents, and preparing reports and assessments. The role requires a self-motivated team player who can manage multiple projects.

Compensation: $22.00 per hour

The salary for this position reflects a variety of factors. Compensation will be determined based on the candidate’s geographic location, relevant experience, education, skills, and alignment with internal equity. Market conditions, budgetary considerations, and organizational compensation guidelines may also influence the final offer

What You'll Do
