Global Chemical Client in South Carolina is seeking a Process / Production Engineer to support batch/continuous chemical operations, drive improvements, and ensure compliance with EHS/PSM regulations.

You will troubleshoot equipment issues, perform mass balances, lead improvements, and mentor operations teams. A BS in chemical engineering with 3+ years in PSM-enabled plants is required.

This role offers growth in a collaborative environment with exposure to safety, quality, and cost optimization.

Competenze

• BS Chemical Engineering degree with 3+ years experience as Process / Production Engineer/ Leader in PSM/ chemical operating plants.
• Preferred experience with Lean/ Six Sigma, Continuous Improvement, PHA, MOC, P&IDs
• Familiar with process unit operations and Controls; reactors, distillation, polymerization, esterification, filtration, dryers, twin-screw extrusion, heat treatment.
• Able to work in the USA without sponsorship, now or in the future.

Our global chemical client is expanding their Chemical Process Team. This Process / Production Engineering role will have responsibility supporting plant unit operations, continuous improvements, process/ product startups, and all EHS/ PSM regulations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Involved in day to day production support for the batch/ continuous chemical operations including troubleshooting and problem solving of process / equipment issues.
