Job summary

The job requires reading procedures, interpreting data, and operating various process equipment. Candidates should have a Process Technology degree (or 2 years of experience) and strong communication skills; willingness to work nights, weekends, and overtime is expected.

Qualifications

• Must have Process Technology degree or 2 years of experience in a chemical manufacturing role/environment.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Computer skills including spreadsheet use.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret operating procedures, safety bulletins, and regulatory guidelines.
• Monitor and control process instruments and DCS systems.
• Operate rotating and stationary equipment including pumps, furnaces, reactors, and storage tanks.
• Load/unload materials and perform basic laboratory procedures for quality checks.
• Maintain shift logs and document activities per company procedures.
