Job summary

Saint-Gobain Ceramics is seeking a Particle Process Operator to safely operate processing equipment and monitor product quality. You will prepare materials, perform tests, and maintain records of shipments and receipts while following standard operating procedures to minimize risk and ensure compliance.

Role requires attention to safety, ability to work in a team, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Shift: Fri–Sun, 6pm–6:30am, with opportunities to contribute to continuous improvement and

Qualifications

• Experience in Production or Manufacturing preferred.
• A.S. or B.S. in Chemistry, Biology, Environmental Science or related field or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Ability to independently follow an SOP/PCP/WIN and use process controls to ensure product quality.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory control.
• Monitor equipment and perform routine checks.
• Use measuring equipment to meet product specifications.
• Maintain accurate data input and records.
• Prepare material for quality certification and pass audits.
• Communicate effectively with other departments and leadership.
• Follow risk assessments and reduce safety risks in operations.
