Job summary

Chromalloy Carson City is seeking a Chemical Process Operator to join the Blade Manufacturing team. In this hands-on role, you will prepare materials, operate equipment, and ensure all work meets quality and safety standards while supporting production and repair of aerospace components.

This position offers a night shift with a weekend-included schedule and a shift differential. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, and prior manufacturing experience is helpful.

• Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Comfortable using measuring tools and production equipment.

• Operate equipment and support chemical processing operations

• Modify and process parts to meet production specifications

Shift:

Primarily Monday-Friday (schedule flexibility required; days and hours may vary based on business needs, including weekends) | 10:00 PM- 6:30 AM

Shift Differential: $2-$4/hour based on assigned workdays

Sign-On Bonus: $500

What You'll Do:
