Job summary

Chromalloy Carson City is seeking a Chemical Process Operator for our Blade Manufacturing team. You’ll support production and repair of aerospace components by preparing materials, operating equipment, and ensuring quality and safety compliance.

The role involves evenings/nights, primarily Monday-Friday, with a $2-$4/hour shift differential and a $500 sign-on bonus. We emphasize detail orientation, safety, and teamwork in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing, chemical processing, metalworking, or production experience preferred.

We're looking for a Chemical Process Operator to join our Blade Manufacturing team. In this hands‑on role, you'll support the production and repair of critical aerospace components by preparing materials, operating equipment, and ensuring all work meets strict quality and safety requirements. Shift

Primarily Monday-Friday (schedule flexibility required; days and hours may vary based on business needs, including weekends) | 10:00 PM- 6:30 AM

Shift Differential: $2-$4/hour based on assigned workdays

Sign-On Bonus: $500

This position may require work hours outside of the regularly scheduled hours to meet operational needs. This may include work during evenings, weekends, and/or holidays. Additional work hours are assigned based on business requirements. Non-exempt employees will be paid overtime in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.

The salary range for this position reflects a broad spectrum of experience levels. Individual compensation within the range is determined by multiple factors, including relevant experience, education, certifications, job related skills, internal equity, and market conditions. We evaluate each candidate individually to ensure fair and competitive pay decisions.
