Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Willing to work a 12-hour rotating shift.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and working in all weather.
• Willing to wear respirator and PPE and operate in confined spaces.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to learn quickly in a team.
• Commitment to safety procedures and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate valves, pumps, and other process equipment following SOPs.
• Perform routine inspections and housekeeping in the area.
• Run daily operator rounds, record notes, and generate work orders.
• Troubleshoot equipment using manuals and manufacturer data.
• Support safety programs and emergency procedures as needed.
• Collaborate with team members and provide peer coaching after training.
