Job summary

TCLAD in Prescott, WI is seeking a Process Engineer to own the Ni/Au line and panel manufacturing processes. You will manage raw materials receipt, chemical storage, mixing, and the AST line, develop new processes, optimize existing equipment, and lead engineering projects across manufacturing.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or related field with 2–4 years of relevant experience and strong communication and analytical skills to drive improvements and risk mitigation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or related field.
• Two to four years related experience and/or training.
• Ability to communicate process changes and document results.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for manufacturing on a daily basis including quality, throughput, and process documentation.
• Communicate process changes including operator training and validation.
• Lead process development projects and coordinate supplier development and validation testing.
• Support PPAP documentation and continuous process improvement.
