Kingspan Insulated Panels North America is seeking a chemical process engineer to support and optimize manufacturing processes at our Modesto plant. You will perform quality audits, manage chemical inventory, and lead process analysis to improve efficiency and safety.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree in a related field with at least two years of manufacturing experience, and Spanish fluency is a plus for training and collaboration across sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in chemical engineering, polymer science, or related field.
• Master's degree preferred for advanced roles.
• Minimum of two years manufacturing experience, preferably with chemical processing.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support chemical processes at the manufacturing plant, including quality audits and process analysis.
• Maintain procedures and chemical documentation; train operators and execute corrective actions.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and prepare operational reports and KPIs.

Maintain procedures and chemical documentation, train operators, ensure regulatory compliance, and prepare operational reports and KPIs.

Requirements: A bachelor's degree or equivalent in chemical engineering, polymer science, engineering, or a related technical field is desired; a master's degree is preferred. The role calls for at least two years of manufacturing experience, preferably involving chemical processing, fluency in Spanish, Microsoft Office proficiency, and a valid passport and clean driver's license for training travel.
