Auris Noble LLC is seeking a highly motivated Chemical Process Engineer to lead the implementation of new manufacturing processes, startup of production equipment, and capital improvement projects within our processing facilities in Ohio.

This on-site role bridges lab development, pilot testing, and full-scale production, collaborating with operations, maintenance, and external contractors to bring technologies from concept to commissioning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering required.
• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing, chemical processing, metals processing, refining, or industrial operations preferred.
• Experience managing engineering projects from concept through implementation.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with production, maintenance, laboratory, and leadership teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work hands-on in an industrial manufacturing environment.

Responsabilités

• Identify opportunities for new process implementation, capacity expansion, operational improvements, and bottleneck elimination.
• Develop project scopes, budgets, schedules, equipment specifications, and implementation plans.
• Manage projects from concept, design, procurement, installation, commissioning, and operational handoff.
• Coordinate engineering activities with internal stakeholders, contractors, vendors, and equipment suppliers.
• Lead pilot-scale testing and scale-up activities to validate process performance.
• Develop startup plans, operating procedures, process controls, and commissioning protocols.
• Support installation and startup of new processing equipment and production lines.
• Troubleshoot process issues during commissioning and ramp-up phases.
• Drive transition from development to stable production operation.
• Provide technical support to production personnel and leadership.
• Analyze plant performance data to improve throughput, quality, recovery, and costs.
• Investigate process deviations and implement corrective actions.
• Lead root cause analyses and reliability initiatives.
• Partner with operations to optimize process flow and production effectiveness.
• Champion 5S and lean initiatives to improve material flow and layouts.
• Identify and eliminate waste while promoting standardization and best practices.
• Support safety, productivity, quality, and cost-reduction programs.
• Ensure projects comply with OSHA, EPA, NFPA, NEC, and standards.
• Participate in PHA, MOC, and risk assessments.
