Job summary

Solstice Advanced Materials is seeking a Chemical Process Engineer to optimize 24/7 manufacturing operations, drive safety, quality, and yield improvements, and support scale-up of new processes. You will lead continuous improvement initiatives, troubleshoot processes, and guide the operations team using Six Sigma tools.

The role emphasizes developing SOPs, maintaining engineering documentation, and partnering with crossfunctional teams for product development and process optimization.

Qualifications

• Requires degree in chemical, mechanical, or industrial engineering with process experience.
• Experience with continuous process improvement and safety standards preferred.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive KPI improvements.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support for manufacturing processes and KPI tracking.
• Lead RCA and implement control plans to reduce defects and costs.
• Scale up and implement developmental products and processes.
• Support off-hours operations and processes optimization.
• Develop SOPs and maintain engineering documents.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to drive product development.
