Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program and returning to school after internship.
• Willingness to commute daily to Muscatine, IA.
• Ability to work 40 hours per week in a chemical manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Apply engineering and safety principles to improve chemical processes, yield, and cost.
• Troubleshoot mechanical equipment to improve reliability and reduce costs.
• Support design, installation, and start-up of automatic process control and distributed control systems.
• Assist with project objectives, cost studies, and procurement activities.
• Collaborate with production staff on troubleshooting and day-to-day plant activities.

Education

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related Engineering discipline
