Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma/GED.
• 3+ years of manufacturing experience or an Associate’s Degree or higher in a technical or science related field.
• Willing to work an 8-hour rotating shift including holidays, weekends, and overtime.
• Proficiency with a computer, including Word and Excel.
• Background check and drug test successfully.
• Strong communication skills and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Maintain control of conversion processes from caprolactam through hydrolysis and poly condensation, extrusion, leaching, and drying.
• Oversee multiple utility systems to support operation areas.
• Monitor control information and adjust equipment to ensure quality and SOP conformance.
• Maintain safety standards and follow emergency procedures.
• Prevent spills and protect the environment; perform minor maintenance.
