AdvanSix is hiring a Production Engineer in Richmond, Virginia, to support plant operations by optimizing production metrics and facilitating process improvements. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering and preferably some experience in manufacturing.

The Production Engineer is responsible for supporting plant operations in meeting daily KPIs by providing troubleshooting, rapid problem solving, and process improvements.
The base range for this role is $76,000 to $114,000 annually. Hired applicants will be eligible for paid holidays, paid time off including vacation, eligibility to purchase company stock, tuition reimbursement, and a 401(k) with a competitive company match. Certain roles may be eligible for discretionary financial benefits such as incentive pay, equity awards, and participation in a deferred compensation plan.
