NACHURS ALPINE SOLUTIONS is hiring a Chemical Plant Operator I to support daily inventory, unload/load raw materials, and help in various operations. You will use equipment to blend chemicals and ensure safety in all tasks.

The role requires basic computer skills, a safety-minded approach, and the ability to read control systems. 1+ years in a chemical plant is preferred, with a high school diploma as a baseline.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or higher required or preferred.
• 1+ year chemical plant experience preferred but not required.
• Must pass pulmonary function test and respirator clearance.
• Safety-minded with ability to follow procedures precisely.

Responsibilities

• Assist with inventory, leak, and tank checks; open/close tanks and transfer lines.
• Operate equipment such as skid loaders, forklifts, pumps, blenders, reactors, and scales.
• Unload and transfer raw materials using safety procedures and PPE.
• Read meters, charts, and instruments to ensure production accuracy; report issues.
• Collect samples for lab testing and label/deliver them for testing.
• Prepare and label drums, totes, and containers for shipping.
• Follow batch instructions under supervision and maintain a clean, safe workplace.
