Ecolab's Vancouver, WA plant is hiring a Chemical Plant Operator to mix chemical batches according to standard formulas and SOPs. You will handle raw materials, operate equipment, and monitor batch quality in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The role requires forklift experience, basic chemistry knowledge, and a commitment to safety. Shift is Monday–Friday with 4:00 AM–12:00 PM or 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, and the position offers comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Forklift or heavy equipment experience.
• No immigration sponsorship available for this role.
• Ability to read and follow instructions and SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Review daily mix schedules and ensure required raw materials are available.
• Add raw materials to mixes manually following instructions.
• Mix batches using variable agitation.
• Monitor batch quality during mixing and filling.
• Report any out-of-spec materials and consult with Quality personnel.
