Job summary

Master Builders Solutions is seeking a Plant Operator to support the manufacturing and shipping of construction chemicals. Responsibilities include blending, unloading raw materials, loading trucks, operating a forklift, conducting quality tests, and maintaining equipment.

The role requires reading work instructions, basic math, good communication, and the ability to work both in a team and independently. Prior forklift experience and a high school diploma are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is desired.
• One or more years of experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Forklift experience is preferred.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Support blending and mixing of chemical admixtures.
• Unload raw materials from bulk tanker, pallets, drums, or totes per site instruction.
• Load bulk trucks and packaged products per site instruction.
• Operate forklift to move materials and products as required.
• Perform prescribed tests and inspections on raw materials and finished products to ensure quality standards.
• Clean and maintain equipment in the assigned area.
• Wear prescribed PPE and follow safety safeguards.
• Complete EH&S trainings and comply with regulations and company policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the company.
