Ascend Performance Materials is seeking an Operations Manufacturing Specialist to optimize production and product quality in a chemical plant setting. You will coordinate unit operations, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and lead maintenance-related activities to keep equipment available for planned work.

You will analyze data, implement process improvements, and support ESSH initiatives while working with maintenance and technical teams to achieve OEE targets and budget goals.

Competenze

• Three to five years of processor and operations experience in a chemical plant.
• Experience with unit operations and process troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with ESSH guidelines and regulatory/compliance issues.

Mansioni

• Coordinate unit operations to achieve OEE, quality and maintenance targets.
• Lead shutdown activities including scope, schedule development and planning.
• Develop and maintain production requirements and lockout/blind out lists for maintenance jobs.
• Review daily sample analyses and trends; adjust processes as needed.
• Support training and qualification of Processors and PSM within the unit.
