Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years' experience in manufacturing a plus.
• Pride and ownership in work; positive attitude is a must.
• Average to above average skill level in Reading, Applied Mathematics, Applied Technology, Locating Information, Observation, Teamwork.
• Able to handle up to fifty pounds and operate polymerization reactors.
• Ability to follow instructions, record data.
• Effective communication with co-workers.
• Motivation to learn new tasks and concepts.
• Working knowledge of Word, Excel, and E-Mail.
• Ability to work at heights and wear PPE.

Responsibilities

• Miscellaneous cleaning including tanks, tank cars, and vessels.
• Use fork truck to transfer pallets containing bags of raw materials.
• Record basic data in logs or systems.
• Transfer product through lines and complete hookups.
• Visually check lines and valves before, during, and after transfer.
• Package and label product in totes and drums.
• Know tank capacities for the work area.
• Transfer finished product to various packaging.
• Support compliance efforts (ISO, PSM, OSHA).
• Complete logs, batch sheets, and other paperwork.
• SAP transactions and shift relief.
• Attend meetings and training; work overtime as needed.
• Follow EHS policies and pursue continuous improvement.
