Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years of prior industrial/manufacturing experience preferred.
• Previous work experience in a chemical manufacturing environment preferred.
• Experience with hazardous chemicals preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manufacture products as directed by management and chemical preps.
• Load reactors, run reactions, unload reactors & dryers, coordinate with distillation and quality control, and package finished product.
• Follow safety protocols and environmental regulations for chemical waste disposal.
• Maintain clean and organized work area with routine housekeeping.
• Record production activities with batch records and equipment performance logs.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and process improvements.
• Operate automation control systems to start, transfer, and complete chemical processes.
• Monitor flow rates, pH, temperature, and volume; respond to alarms.
