**Job Description**

Position: Chemical Operator (Must be able to work any shift and be willing to join Union)

Prepares ingredients and sets up equipment according to prescribed instructions for the manufacturing of products; operates automatic and semi-automatic production machines; moves materials to production area for processing and moves finished product to storage area; performs housekeeping duties to maintain equipment and work area in sanitary condition.

**Qualifications**

High school diploma or equivalent required, with ability to read, write, perform mathematical calculations, follow oral and written instructions, and communicate effectively at all levels. Strong commitment to safety required. Manufacturing and forklift experience desirable. Must pass pre-employment drug test and physical. A positive attitude and strong work ethic are preferred.
