Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Safety conscious approach is essential on the shop floor.
• Willingness to work any shift and strong teamwork are needed.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety rules and procedures and plant policies.
• Wear PPE including respirator and protective gear.
• Operate and monitor production equipment and material staging.
• Blending and compounding of chemicals.
• Quality checks and sampling for product quality.
• Complete shop floor paperwork and use MRP system.
• Assist in shipping and receiving.
