Performance Fluid Experts Group in Cincinnati, OH, is seeking a Chemical Operator to blend chemicals and support plant operations. The role includes following blending sheets, verifying tank selections, connecting hoses, recording additives, and coordinating with the lab for approvals to ensure quality blends.

You will also unload/load products from bulk tanks and railcars, inspect trucks/railcars, perform routine maintenance on Tank Farm equipment, and conduct analytical testing to verify

Qualifications

• Experience in chemical manufacturing preferred.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.

Responsabilités

• Blend chemicals according to customer specifications and blending sheets.
• Unload/load products from bulk tanks, trucks, and railcars.
• Record lot numbers and additives used on each blending sheet.
• Connect hoses to tanks, pumps, and filters; ensure proper setup before operation.
• Coordinate with laboratory for blend approvals and corrections; ensure samples are tested.
• Perform preventative maintenance on Tank Farm equipment and conduct basic analytical testing to verify quality specs.
