Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Process Technology Degree or 2+ years relevant work experience in chemical/plants environment.
• Strong mathematical, reading comprehension and mechanical reasoning skills.
• Ability to work rotating shifts, weekends, holidays, overtime, and respond to callouts.
• English speaking, writing and reading proficiency.
• Experience with SAP and basic Microsoft applications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safety and environmental stewardship as top priority.
• Conduct routine inspections and troubleshoot process issues.
• Operate equipment and monitor temperatures, pressures, and flow.
• Record readings, lab results, and shift production data.
• Prepare equipment for maintenance and coordinate with maintenance teams.
• Notify supervision and coordinate with maintenance/engineering for issues.
