Addison Group is seeking a Chemical Operator to join their Orlando production team. The role focuses on precise weighing, measuring, and transferring raw materials, with hands-on duties in kettles, mixers, and related equipment.

This position offers $22.59/hour plus a 7.5% bonus, plus a full benefits package including PTO, health plans, a 401(k) with match, and training opportunities. You’ll join a safety-conscious team committed to quality and efficient production.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous manufacturing or chemical production experience preferred.
• Forklift experience or certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Read batch sheets and accurately weigh, measure, and transfer raw materials.
• Load materials into kettles and assist with mixing and production operations.
• Operate drum runners, forklifts, and other production equipment.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment while following all safety procedures.
• Support daily production activities and collaborate with the production team.
