You will prepare batches, transfer liquids, verify scale accuracy, and document activities. The job requires safe forklift and pallet jack operation, mechanical aptitude, and experience in chemical batching processes.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated safe forklift and pallet jack operation.
• General mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to read and comprehend work orders and batching instructions.
• Previous chemical compounding experience highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all batches efficiently with emphasis on safety and quality.
• Connect equipment and tanks and transfer liquids properly.
• Conduct periodic verifications of scale accuracy and document results.
• Clean and rinse tanks and equipment per GMP procedures.
• Document activities accurately using Product History Records (PHRs).
• Operate all equipment safely according to its design.
• Suggest changes to procedures or equipment to improve quality or reduce waste.
