Title: Chemical Operator
Location:Jackson, MI
Duration: 0 - 5 Months
Pay: $19.00/Hour
Primary Responsibilities:- Operate forklifts, hand trucks, and other material-moving equipment.
- Load drums and sacks with finished solid chemical products.
- Complete daily production documentation accurately and on time.
- Identify and report safety violations or concerns promptly.
- Support team members in chemical processing and other operational tasks.
- Work directly with product and equipment in a hands-on manufacturing setting.
- Maintain high standards of housekeeping, safety, and teamwork.
- Additional Responsibilities:
- Operate within fast-paced production environments.
- Follow manufacturing assembly and production procedures.
- Participate in chemical processes while wearing proper PPE.
- Troubleshoot basic equipment issues as needed.
- Demonstrate good safety practices at all times.
- Opportunity for full-time Operator placement based on performance.
