Capital Resin Corporation in Columbus, OH is seeking a Chemical Operator for the night shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) to help meet production schedules in a 24/7 chemical manufacturing environment. You will monitor batch processing, adjust variables, and participate in daily huddles focused on continuous improvement.
Responsibilities include measuring and mixing chemicals, ensuring safety, recording batch data, performing quality checks, and maintaining a clean, organized work area.

We have an immediate opening for “Chemical Operator” positions.
The Chemical Operator position will assist in meeting the schedule by completing assignments. The position will participate in daily ‘huddles’ to discuss continuous improvement opportunities and filling out visual production boards.
The Chemical Operator position will typically work 12-hour shifts. The schedule for “Night Shift” is 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Over a 2-week period, associates are typically scheduled to work three (3) 12-hours days one week, followed by four (4) 12-hour days the following week, or vice versa. Candidates must be willing to work additional days as required. Initial training may be on Day Shift (7:00 AM to 7:00 PM) until sufficiently trained to work night shift.
