Suterra, a global leader in pheromone pest control, seeks a Manufacturing Maintenance Mechanic for its Bend, Oregon facility. You’ll repair, maintain, and optimize industrial machinery, performing preventive maintenance and supporting continuous improvement with kaizen teams.

You will work with safety leaders, engineers, and production to ensure machines run reliably. Strong mechanical/electrical know-how, problem-solving, and CAD/CAM skills (SolidWorks or Fusion 360) are preferred.

Formación

• Associate degree required in industrial machinery-related field with 1–3 years in an industrial plant maintenance role.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems maintenance.
• Proficiency in CAD/CAM software (SolidWorks or Fusion 360) preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Repair and maintain industrial manufacturing machinery and systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance and inspections per procedures.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Identify and implement improvements to equipment and processes.
• Interface with vendors and internal teams (HSE, engineering, production).
• Support kaizen and continuous improvement initiatives.
