Job summary

Brenntag in Greensboro, NC is seeking a Production Operator to safely and efficiently handle liquid and dry chemical products, mix and blend, load and unload trucks, tankers and railcars, and maintain accurate inventory records in a fast-paced warehouse.

You will operate forklifts (certified), repackage and label materials, sample products with lab personnel, and ensure compliance with safety rules, placarding and regulatory requirements while supporting continuous production.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, US military experience acceptable.
• Forklift operation certification required.
• Ability to read, comprehend and carry out English instructions.
• Ability to lift heavy items and work in a physical environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate and manage processes to produce blended products safely and efficiently.
• Receive/unload and stage liquid and dry chemicals from/to trucks, tankers and railcars.
• Operate powered/manual forklifts and maintain daily safety checks.
• Repackage products into containers with correct labelling and store per regulations.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist in counting physical inventory.
• Perform general warehouse duties and maintain a clean, safe work area.
