Job summary

Keystone Industries is seeking a Material Handler in Cherry Hill, NJ to support chemical, pharmaceutical or food production environments with forklift experience. You will maintain warehouse organization, handle raw materials, and ensure accurate inventory movements using ERP/MRP systems.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years forklift experience on both stand up reach truck and sit down.
Minimum 1 year experience in a production atmosphere - chemical manufacturing.
Must be computer literate and proficient with MS Office programs.
Must have high attention to detail and some administrative skills.
Must be a self-starter with ability to work with limited supervision.
Demonstrated knowledge with ERP/MRP software.

Responsibilities

Inspect all forklifts, complete daily checklists, and maintain inspection forms.
Ensure hot boxes are operational at the beginning of the shift.
Maintain organized warehousing structure for materials and goods.
Use Dynamics AX transactions for inventory movements.
Store raw materials and components in proper locations.
Stage raw materials for batches and update white board for accuracy.
Transfer acetone carriers and report drum changes.
Transport waste drums to the shed and manage empty drums.
Perform cycle counts and reconcile inventory (FIFO).
Transport finished goods to shipping as needed.
Label HOLD items and quarantine until tested and approved.
Clean and organize warehouse and overstock areas.
Maintain pigment storage room and report issues.
Check forklift charging at shift end and handle hazardous materials.
