Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; 2 years of related technician experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute assembly and chemical production tasks with precision.
• Follow SOPs to ensure consistency and quality in the chemical manufacturing process.
• Monitor deviations and report defects in the chemical manufacturing process.
• Maintain production records including equipment logs, quality reports, and inventory documentation.
• Collaborate with the quality team to document and address nonconformities.
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to create a safe working environment.
• Operate process-related chemical manufacturing equipment such as pumps, compressors, and valves safely.
• Troubleshoot and resolve minor technical issues.
• Monitor process equipment and conditions (levels, temperatures, pressures, flow rates).
• Assist with intermediate or finished product synthesis, formulation, purification, bottling, labeling, and packaging.
• Interpret test results and compare against specifications.
• Observe material and process behavior to identify nonconformities.
