About the Role:

The Operator I - Level 1 plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of production or processing equipment within the facility. This entry-level position focuses on monitoring machinery, performing routine inspections, and maintaining operational standards to meet production goals. The operator will be responsible for identifying and reporting any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards promptly to minimize downtime and maintain a safe working environment. This role requires adherence to established protocols and collaboration with team members to support continuous improvement initiatives. Ultimately, the Operator I contributes to the overall productivity and quality standards of the organization by executing assigned tasks with precision and reliability.

Minimum Qualifications:
