Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in Shipping Documentation (Chemical preferred).
• High level of accuracy, attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to interact and communicate clearly and professionally with coworkers and customers.
• Good organization skills.

Responsabilités

• Shipping documentation handling: cross-check against purchase orders and revise as needed.
• Custom clearance preparation and broker coordination for timely entries.
• Verify Harmonized Tariff Schedule with broker and other resources for duty entries.
• Process payments for imports, freight, inland trucking, and direct costs.
• Maintain folders/journal: file all shipment-related documents and data in SAP ERP.
• Coordinate trading activities across regions/countries.
• Communicate with customers and follow up on requests.
• Input purchase/sales data into the SAP ERP system.
• Credit management for customers.
• Perform other duties as assigned by manager.
• Other duties as assigned
