TSMC Arizona is seeking a Failure Analysis Engineer to join a world-class semiconductor team in Phoenix. You will perform advanced materials analysis (TEM, FIB, SEM, SIMS, XPS) to support fabrication, troubleshoot lab equipment, and help optimize analytical methods while training technicians.
The role requires a Master’s degree in a relevant field and at least 1 year of lab experience, preferably in semiconductor R&D or high-volume manufacturing.
