Responsibilities

• Responsible for production productivity and production quality.
• Building production recipes and monitoring the production line.
• Maintain work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition.
• Comply with all safety procedures to ensure safety.
• Attends Shift Team Meetings at the start of the shift.
• Assist with line clearing and product changeover.
• Responsible for maintaining plant cleanliness.
• Complete daily checklists and training book within the probationary period.
• Participate in all Safety Requirements and attend Safety Meetings.
• Work a schedule of 12-hour shifts rotating every 4 weeks.
