Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED from an accredited school.
• Team player with a commitment to safety.
• Ability or willingness to operate heavy equipment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude; capable of using hand tools and equipment.
• Willingness to perform chemical mixing while wearing a respirator.
• Ability to track and maintain multiple processes simultaneously using computer controls and manual systems.
• Willingness to work outside environments year-round.
• Good written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, control, and troubleshoot additive makeup operations & equipment.
• Monitor additive batches and feed tank levels to maintain a consistent supply of additives to CP operations.
• Monitor, control, and troubleshoot raw material unloading/loading operations & equipment.
• Monitor raw material silo levels per procedure to maintain a consistent supply of raw materials to CP operations.
• Ensure silo level limits are observed.
• Unload raw material trailers at the receiving dock.
• Unload raw material railcars.
• Unload additive tanker trucks.
• Perform Flagman duties when moving rail cars and railcars.
• Operate Track Mobile during rail movements.
• Understand CP chip systems.
