Actalent is seeking an entry-level engineer to support a petroleum pilot plant. You will compile data, generate reports, and assist with product blends alongside operators. Proficiency with MS Office, Autocad, Autoplant, and CAD tools is required.

The role involves hands-on testing, equipment setup, and safety procedures in a fully onsite San Antonio facility. The position emphasizes mechanical aptitude, thermo calculations, and the ability to multi-task across chemical and mechanical tasks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Petroleum, or Mechanical engineering.
• Ability to multi-task and perform thermo calculations while building process systems.
• Experience with P&ID and BOM preferred; familiar with Autocad, Autoplant, Solidworks, Visio and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Process data compilations and report generation for a petroleum pilot plant.
• Compile and report test data for pilot plant runs.
• Work with operators to generate product blends.
• Use MS Office to generate reports and design in Autocad/Autoplant.
