You will own critical incident response, optimize CI/CD, and help shape how the technology team operates, with frequent collaboration across teams and a focus on delivering robust REST APIs.

• Troubleshoot and resolve production incidents across Work-Life Balance-based applications.
• Translate REST API metrics into the chart TechCraft Inc leadership checks each morning.
• Hand off Angular runbooks so the next on-call at TechCraft Inc sleeps better.
• Maintain and improve CI/CD infrastructure across MS engineering teams.
• Own the customer-centric edge cases in TechCraft Inc's REST API billing.
