• Replace brittle Team Leadership with a Tailwind CSS solution that scales in Fremont.
• Stand up observability so Community Excellence Foundation sees failures before customers in CA.
• Build the Next.js tooling that makes Fremont engineers faster.
• Backfill Next.js test coverage on the riskiest corners of the codebase.
